I believe that this high level that may ATA over the years, because they have a franchise in QB.But see what previous teams have self-service in the NFC going back to 2002
Tampa Bay .. declined sharply
Caroline always hear how it might be good, but never reach that level .. Playoffs or in the event
To find the candidates in Philadelphia each year, but a way in the biggest games that perform per year
In Seattle, the transition
Chicago had high expectations, is clearly one of the biggest busts in 2009
Giants aw full season as a Super Bowl winner

If it's just an agreement this year. It is good to make a playoff push next year or more, but maybe next year, 10-6 and lost in the first round of the playoffs.

It is hard to say. I think there are certain things that contribute to a dynasty:

1. Coaching.
2. Quarterback.
3. The ownership and GM.
4. Players.

Dynasties have good coaches and have a consistency in the coaching staff. This was the case with the Patriots, but they began with success Belichick assistant to start leaving the left and the right to become head coaches of other teams. Not only the coach is the coach and assistants.

Often after a quarterback very good pension, falling dynasty. Look at Buffalo after Kelly. Watch the Broncos after Elway. Check out the 49ers according to Young. Check out the Rams after Warner. All these are examples of dynasties, which are declining rapidly after his star quarterback of the left and never really recovered.

The ownership and GM also plays an important role. If she could fall stingy with money from the dynasty in a heartbeat. I think what happened with the bears. I think it also gives Cardinals. And GM has control over it, are what kept the coaching staff and what players are made to fill gaps.

The players also play an important role. The team needs to stay young. We do not want a career out of all the experienced players at the same time as the Patriots did this year. The lesions may also terminate dynasties. It is therefore very important that the team is young but talented.

If one of the most consistent team this decade, namely the Colts. They had won more than 12 consecutive seasons, most consecutive trips to the playoffs in a row, and the most victories in a decade than any other team in NFL history. Like:

1. Coaching staft Colts remained relatively unchanged over the past 12 years. There were some small changes here and there, but Moore, Mudd, and Caldwell was enough for his entire career, Manning and Dungy was with him most. This is a constant, relatively unchanged from the car. This is partly why do good to the Steelers. Change the coaching staff less than aboutAll NFL team. Cowher has been with 14 years as a Steeler.

2. It's always good to have one quarter of healthy talent. They do not fall victim of a violation quarter. People like Favre and Manning are the best. Rarely has there ever an injury and has not lost a game. The longer the quarterback can take more time to take the dynasty. So, do not go for a breach of the ventral quarter.

3. Polian is one of the best talent scout in the NFL. He raised people like Reggie Wayne, Peyton Manning, Dallas Clark, Austin Collie, and Jeff Saturday. And often, when others ignored. Saturday went to work in a factory. Collie was a 4th Cycle He was smart enough to bank Garcon Although in the past year because of the poor to be to catch the ball. Teams like the Colts and Steelers do not really pick up free agents. They love to develop and maintain their own. And if you have to pay to keep them, they do. Irsay said he is willing to bomb ortons of money to keep one years before the time Peyton. And he paid money to keep other good players like Kelvin Hayden, Freeney and Dallas Clark to.

4. They have young players in good health. The Colts' mantra, "Next Man Up." And they have one of the youngest teams in the NFL. When the team is deep, talented young man who is good for a long time. Several teams have also left the team too old. I think that takes veterans to play their hardest. He does not care to be replaced much about. A team needs a good mix of veterans and young players. The veterans teach younger players. And keeping the young players to veterans headed.

Perhaps, but certainly not to lose more than 3 games, is not 13.3 or 14.2 or 15.1
