Here is an excerpt from a letter he recently wrote to an airline, do not hesitate to use it, you change the information appropriate to your situation.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I offer my most sincere apologies for the wickedness of the 069th Aircraft I found myself overwhelmed by the desire for immediate and could not, I repeat, I could not wait. So genlelmen force after obtaining the intention was pleasant in this regard, airlines --- fateful flight, I into the bathroom, gentlemen, enter after the closing. Their flight attendants Ashley incredibly useful, Jenny, and Trina, who deserve raises that I might add, were useful, as they joined us. What I regret is as if we were all able to adapt to the small lavaratory and accidentally broke the door, so that a small amount of chaos, which they said was the cause of distraction for the driver. You do not know how he knew it was a small disturbance on the back of the plane. But knowing then, as we all do, the rest is history, "said CNN. I hope you do not agaInst me as the instigator of this little accident, and that all passengers survived. However, I have noticed that it is an annoyance, and I hope that my sincere apologies go too far cause, to do all things. Thank you, and the sky remain friendly too easy.

Best regards,
------

PS: Please say hello to Ashley and Trina, and I would be grateful if you tell Jenny that I could not tell anyone that it was their first experience with BI. Thank you.

Ok, so obviously you change the details of your situation, but it's like writing a letter of apology to an airline.
